VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS KSO- WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I ordered some of these online last week and they should come in tomorrow or the next day. They are supposed to improve posture, balance, foot/knee/back strength and a few other things that I'm forgetting.
I use the vibrams for track intervals... the most I've ever done on them is 5 miles. Best thing to do is start with a small distance and build up. I hope to do a full marathon on them one day.
to be honest, i've seen a couple guys wearing them @ the gym and they look like total fggts. as long as you wear them out of public eye, you're fine haha. cool blog by the way :)
i really want a pair of these, but they just look like more expensive crocs. do they really offer the support they say? please keep me updated.
ReplyDeleteI'm not digging the design
ReplyDeletethey look like shit but would be more performing i think
ReplyDelete... not sure if want. But I'm very curious about this. Updates are cool. teenbachelor.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteI agree with Biebs... don't wear those to the gym unless you are squatting 4 plates. These are for pose runners, not poser bodybuilders.
ReplyDeleteI dont know whats worse; these or Sketchers Shape-ups...just sayin <3
ReplyDeleteman, the sad thing is, i totally know a guy who would go out and buy those right now. seriously...
ReplyDeleteNot worried about the little muscles in my leg growing so much as the big ones, the little ones will catch up with the big ones.
ReplyDeleteAlso my 2nd and middle toes are too big to fit my size. :(
haha those are ridiculous! still support even those ugly shoes :)
ReplyDeleteThey're pretty hippie-ish if anything. They're billed as "minimalist" footwear for people who want a similar alternative to going barefoot.
